These Terms govern your use of mikemobbs.com and the coaching and advisory services offered through it. By using the site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

Services

I provide executive coaching and leadership advisory services. These are professional development services and are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or mental-health advice. Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, and I do not guarantee specific results.

Booking and payment

You can book a free discovery call or a paid session through the site. Paid sessions are charged through Stripe and can be paid by bank transfer (ACH) or card. The price is shown before you pay; when you choose card, the price includes the card processing fee. A paid session is confirmed once payment is completed. For longer or pre-arranged engagements, the dates are agreed directly and payment is collected through a private link.

Rescheduling and cancellations

If you need to reschedule, reply to your confirmation email and I will do my best to find a new time.

If you cancel a coaching session with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions without notice are non-refundable. For packages, unused sessions may be refunded at my discretion, based on the regular rate of completed sessions plus an administrative fee. Refunds for workshops or events are subject to specific terms in the registration materials. Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual property

The content on this site is mine unless otherwise noted. Please do not copy or republish it without permission.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse it.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Changes

I may update these Terms; the date above reflects the latest version.
